When we first engage to discover what the Community wants, we are able to transform the development process into a mechanism for Community Empowerment. Activating our commercial spaces to best suit our Community’s interest. This is empowerment with the Community and for the Community.

Pitch materials and projections are able to be developped and refined through the engagement process as plans are put in place to best deliver on the Community’s interests. With these materials, we are able to start building the project’s capital stack seeking financial partners and sponsorships in alignment with the Community.

With funding and a Community-backed plan in place, the Community’s wishes are able to become a reality. As projects launch through this empowerment development process, the Community will be able to see the power in their own voices and further join into efforts to rebuild their neighborhoods.
