JOHN 10:7-9 ESV
Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.
Inner City Detroit has been plagued by a pattern of corruption and thefts when it comes to utilizing much needed resources to restore our Community. As it is hard to be able to trust when that trust has been broken so much, 313 Table turns to Jesus Christ for our trust and protection. His commandment and teachings for us to love each other can bring us back into alignment as we seek to serve together.
The Gateway will be a blog page on the Gospel of John with each chapter having its own posting. We will ask potential members to make at least 7 comments about their insights into the readings or how it has applied directly into their lives. These comments will also serve as trail crumbs for those that are entering into the Gateway behind us. When 7 meaningful comments have been made and the entire Gospel has been read, Members will be invited to join our Community.
